Delivery & Returns

Delivery:  We deliver to the UK mainland only. Orders over £100.00 (ex VAT) have free delivery, unless stated otherwise. We aim to despatch within 10 working days following placement of your order unless stated otherwise on the item description. After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. Orders placed by post or fax will receive an email (if provided in your contact details) or phone call to confirm receipt of your order. If you have any queries about the progress of your order please email us at: sales@enjoy-able.co.uk   or phone 01923 282430 between 09:30 - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Please quote your order number (from your order confirmation details) in all correspondence.

Replacements: If an item is faulty we will endeavour to replace it with a new one as soon as is possible.  In the event of receiving an item that is damaged in transit or one that is not functioning correctly please telephone on 01923 282430 between 09:30 - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday to advise Enjoy-Able Living Ltd. and for instructions on how to return.  Alternatively email: sales@enjoy-able.co.uk . Carriage cost for item(s) returned is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please quote your order number (from your order confirmation details) in all correspondence.

Returns: If you wish to return any item(s) please phone on 01923 282430 or email: sales@enjoy-able.co.uk quoting your name, order number and reason for return. Any items ordered which are unsuitable for your needs can be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund (reimbursed within 30 days) provided the returned goods are of merchantable quality (i.e. they can be re-sold as new). Returned items should be made in the original, undamaged packaging and we reserve the right to withhold some of the refund value if the product or packaging is in such condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for re-sale. Carriage cost for item(s) returned is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our Replacements & Returns Policy is invalid if the product has been misused or subject to neglect or an attempted repair other than by our own service facilities. This Replacement & Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty.

IMPORTANT NOTICE; Medication Reminders - products must be regarded purely as an aid to the user’s memory and Enjoy-Able Living Ltd cannot be held responsible if the user forgets to take their medication, takes the wrong medication, takes the wrong amount of medication, takes the medication at the wrong time or any combination of these events. Neither can we be held responsible if access to medication is gained by use of force or misuse or any other means of access other than by the means of access by which the product was intended.
