Payment - Enjoy-Able Living Ltd offers two methods of payment:
1. Pay online by either credit or debit card. Please see our statement on Secure Payment about how your transactions are processed.
2. You can download printable order forms and send these back to us with a cheque made payable to: Enjoy-Able Living Ltd.
Currency - Payments to be made in UK British Pounds only (£)
Contract - when you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods at the stated price on that day. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received you order and that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake we will advise you of this. There will be no contract in place unless you accept the new terms. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
Cancellation - the Distance Selling Regulations provides customers with a 7 day cooling off period during which you may cancel your order and Enjoy-Able Living will reimburse you within 30 days for the full costs of the items ordered. The cooling off period ends seven working days after the day you receive the goods. You can cancel an order by email: cancel@enjoy-able.co.uk or by post: Cancellations

Complaints - Enjoy-Able Living Ltd. seek to provide our valued customers with the best possible service and products. If you have a complaint please contact us and we will endeavour to put things right. We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (weekdays) and work with you to resolve the issue within 28 days.

Returns: If you wish to return any item(s) please phone on 01923 282430 or email:
sales@enjoy-able.co.uk quoting your name, order number and reason for return. Any items ordered which are unsuitable for your needs can be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund (reimbursed within 30 days) provided the returned goods are of merchantable quality (i.e. they can be re-sold as new). Returned items should be made in the original, undamaged packaging and we reserve the right to withhold some of the refund value if the product or packaging is in such condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for re-sale. Carriage cost for item(s) returned is the responsibility of the purchaser.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty.

Replacements: If an item is faulty we will endeavour to replace it with a new one as soon as is possible. In the event of receiving an item that is damaged in transit or one that is not functioning correctly please telephone on 01923 282430 between 09:30 - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday to advise Enjoy-Able Living Ltd. and for instructions on how to return. Alternatively email: sales@enjoy-able.co.uk . Carriage cost for item(s) returned is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please quote your order number (from your order confirmation details) in all correspondence.
Our Returns or Replacements Policy is invalid if the product has been misused or subject to neglect or an attempted repair other than by our own service facilities.
Secure Payment - all our customers details and payment information is kept safe and secure. Our payment servers are protected by hardware firewalls and our payment pages are protected by a 128bit secure server.
All card transactions processed are fully encrypted by Sage Pay. We accept the following cards:

Some of our items are zero rated provided they are purchased by people with disabilities. To benefit from the exemption you will need to select the VAT exemption box and then complete the exemption declaration statement at checkout. If you choose to submit an order using the printable VAT exemption order form 2 you are required to specify your disabling condition. Please see the "VAT Exemption Guide" section for more details.
Liability - notwithstanding the above, these terms do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under UK law or statutory rights, nor in any way exclude our liability to you as a consumer for any death or personal injury as a result of our negligence. We have no liability to you for events beyond our control.
IMPORTANT NOTICE; Medication Reminders - products must be regarded purely as an aid to the user’s memory and Enjoy-Able Living Ltd cannot be held responsible if the user forgets to take their medication, takes the wrong medication, takes the wrong amount of medication, takes the medication at the wrong time or any combination of these events. Neither can we be held responsible if access to medication is gained by use of force or misuse or any other means of access other than by the means of access by which the product was intended.
Privacy - we will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.When you shop on this website, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, item selections, credit card or other payment information. We may collect this information even if you do not register with us. You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service. We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner's Office.
