The doorbell phone system provides additional security for the elderly and less mobile,allowing the occupant to talk to visitors before opening the door. Easy to install with no wires between the outside doorbell intercom and the indoor phone handset (we are advised of an average range of 100 metres - may be less with walls containing steel).  Supplied with mains adaptor. Unlike other wireless door phones, this uses digital technology to ensure crystal free sounds with no interference and long battery life for the weather proof bell push unit. Bell push unit requires 3 x AA batteries (included), energy saving technology means a battery life of around 1 year.
