1. Choosing products - you can add your choice of items to your shopping cart by using the “Add to Cart" on the item description pages.  To add more items return to the 'shop' by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" link. 
2. View cart -  you can view at any time items in your cart by clicking "View Cart" on the top navigation bar - here you can also remove item choices from the "Cart" if you wish.
3. Checkout - Once you have chosen all the items you wish to buy, you can proceed by clicking on the "Checkout" link you will be transferred to our secure server to enter your personal details and complete the VAT exemption declaration (if applicable). Once these details have been confirmed you will be transferred to Sage Pay secure server for card processing - accepted cards listed at bottom of page.
4. VAT exemption - a number of our items are VAT zero rated when purchased by people with disabilities.  When ordering first select the VAT exemption choice from the box below the items description.  On going to "Checkout" you be asked to complete details of your qualifying medical condition. Please note VAT is payable on delivery charges even though you may be eligible to claim VAT exemption on the purchased item.
5. By post or fax - if you prefer can download a "Printable Order Form" (see: "Quick Links" )  and return by post or by fax, enclosing a cheque or your credit card details. There are two forms - one for standard VAT items and one for VAT exempt items.

Customer Login 

Once an order has been placed you can login to view the status of your order by entering your email address and Order No. in the Customer Login box.
